Our Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't quite right, we've made returns and exchanges simple and straightforward.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Free Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within Australia. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the swap for you.

Pack your items securely with tags attached
Drop off at your nearest Australia Post location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional periods or marked as final sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at areyouarantallion@gmail.com.au with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
